4Kings have decided to release our Counter-Strike UK team effective immediately. The decision comes after a poor showing from the team in recent months. The team performed below optimum standards at i34 failing to qualify for the WCG finals and have not been faring well online since. It is for these reasons 4Kings have decided to release the team from our organization.

Statement from 4Kings Manager Ian "Javax" Leckey:

"After playing under the 4Kings name for a while now, we've chosen to release the team. Coming originally from virtuoso as being the UK's number one team, they failed make substantial leaps in the European scene and ultimately fell behind in the UK scene too, losing their throne to dignitas. After a number of lineup changes and player swaps, the team have been unable to rectify the situation. With jenuwin moving away soon, which would result in yet another roster change, we've decided to call it a day. We won't be pursuing another UK based CS team to replace them. Also I'd like to thank the parting players for their time spent in 4Kings and wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors."
